Full job description
FMM Institute, a subsidiary company of the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturing, was established to provide industry-relevant skills training for the manufacturing and services sectors for the continuing development of the human capital. We offers a wide range of functional corporate training programmes to cater to the needs of the manufacturing and services sectors.
We are looking for a highly skilled and independent individual to be part of our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the strategy and planning of FMM Institute programmes (planning, marketing, brochure, preparation of I&E, etc.)
- Manage regional / working committee as assigned.
- Checking and endorsing of Certificate of Origin.
- Promotion of FMM membership and its services.
- Handle HRD Corp e-TRIS system on application and claims for FMM and FMM Institute.
- Any other duties as and when delegated by immediate superior.
Requirements
- Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration / Management / Human Resources / Mass Communication / Marketing & Promotion / Market Development field.
- At least 2 - 4 years of working experience in training field.
- Good English communication, customer service and time management skills.
- Well versed in computer skills (Microsoft Office / Canva).
- High level of accountability and responsibility and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
