Candidates with experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or related healthcare industries will have a distinct advantage.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimise our day-to-day business operations. This role requires a hands-on leader with proven experience supervising operational teams, driving process improvements, and ensuring smooth coordination across operations, inventory, logistics, and customer fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations team to ensure operational excellence.
  • Manage inventory, logistics, customer fulfilment, and operational workflows.
  • Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and KPI achievement.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
  • Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance analysis for Management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 to 12 years' experience in Operations Management or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven experience supervising and leading operational teams is essential.
  • Experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or related healthcare industry will be highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of operations, supply chain, logistics, process improvement, and KPI management.
  • Experience with ERP, inventory management systems, or operational reporting tools will be an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
