Position: Resident Doctor – Klinik Hello Doctor Tropicana Aman, Teluk Panglima Garang

What You’ll Do

Clinical Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, ethical, and evidence-based care
• Manage consultations, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with SOPs
• Ensure full compliance with clinic standards and medical regulations

Growth & Patient Engagement

• Introduce patients to health packages, preventive programs, and value-based treatments
• Suggest treatments that maximize patient outcomes and consultation value ethically
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies that improve retention and repeat visits
• Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives, including health talks and digital campaigns
• Share insights to enhance clinic operations and revenue

Who You Are

• Fully registered Medical Officer with MMC and completed 2-year KKM service
• Solid experience in GP, surgical, paediatric or O&G cases
• A team player with leadership potential and a growth-oriented mindset
• Comfortable engaging patients in discussions about health plans and long-term care
• Eager to learn basic business, marketing, and sales skills
• Proactive, responsible, and motivated to contribute beyond clinical duties
