Job Responsibilities

• Manage and track service requests, repair schedules, maintenance activities and preventive maintenance visits.
• Coordinate and dispatch Field Service Engineers for on-site repairs and remote technical support.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries, equipment issues and maintenance updates.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, Warehouse, vendors and distributors across Southeast Asia.
• Maintain accurate service records, repair reports, checklists and customer information in internal systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for spare parts, equipment and other technical resources required by service teams.
• Handle service-related administrative matters, including invoicing and service contract renewals.
• Update scheduled maintenance in CMMS and assign jobs to the relevant Field Service Engineers.

Requirements

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Diploma / Graduate Diploma.
• Previous experience in Service Coordination, Customer Support, Service Administration or similar roles.
• Experience within healthcare or medical devices would be an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination and customer service skills.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Teams and Outlook.
• Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of medical devices or healthcare equipment is an added advantage.
• Experience using SAP or ServiceMax is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
