Job Title: Offshore Site Medic (Sabah Water Project)
Job Description
- Be stationed at the client’s offshore project site to provide emergency medical response, paramedical, and nursing support to employees on site.
- Provide medical consultation, basic treatment, first aid, and health counseling for sick or injured personnel.
- Assess and stabilize medical emergencies, trauma, and accident-related cases prior to referral or evacuation.
- Coordinate and manage medical referral, medical evacuation (MEDEVAC), and repatriation cases when required.
- Ensure continuous operational readiness of the sickbay, including medical equipment, drugs, and consumable supplies.
- Conduct monthly inspections and inventory checks on medical equipment, medicines, and consumables.
- Maintain proper medical documentation, treatment records, and reporting in accordance with company and client requirements.
- Support health, safety, and emergency response initiatives at the offshore site.
- Comply with all company operational procedures, medical protocols, and offshore safety regulations.
Job Requirements
- Possess a valid and current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC 2026).
- Registered as Medical Assistant with the Medical Assistant Board, Ministry of Health Malaysia; or
- Registered Nurse with the Nursing Board, Ministry of Health Malaysia.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Hospital Emergency, Trauma, or Accident & Emergency (A&E) units.
- Minimum 2 years of offshore or onshore industrial working experience is required.
- Willing to work on offshore rotational shifts, i.e. 28 days work continuosly follow by 28 days offdays.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Strong emergency response capability, teamwork, and ability to work independently in remote offshore environments.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
