Full job description

A. Health Screening Operations

1. Coordinate daily health screening operations for walk in and corporate clients

2. Manage registration, scheduling and flow of screening participants

3. Ensure all screening tests are arranged accurately according to package selection

4. Liaise with laboratory, radiology, cardiology and nursing teams for smooth execution

5. Track patient movement to minimize waiting time and improve experience.

B. Corporate & Event Screening Coordination

1. Participate in corporate health screening and hospital marketing events as part of the hospital screening team

2. Serve as the main liaison between the Hospital, Marketing Department and Corporate Clients for all health screening-related matters

3. Assist and support on-site screening operations during corporate and promotional events to ensure smooth workflow and patient experience

4. Ensure proper documentation and consent forms are accurately completed, collected and submitted

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Language:

  • Bahasa Malaysia and English (Preferred)
