- To supports overall patient financial and administrative services in Hospital.
- To involves managing billing and invoice enquiries, preparing and issuing bills, coordinating claims submission with panel providers, TPAs, and insurance companies, and supporting Guarantee Letter (GL) processes.
- To assists with patient admissions, cashiering, and other Business Office operations, including after-hours services, to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient financial and administrative workflows.

- To ensure accuracy of charges and services entered into the system.

- To maintain a polite, helpful, and professional attitude at all times.

- Experience in hospital admission, billing or healthcare administration is advantage.
