1. To promote effective communication and deliver correct information to the patients. e.g arranging appointments.

2. To attend department meetings in order to communicate and discuss issues with senior members of staff.

3. To maintain courtesy and politeness during telephone conversation.

4. Staff to be polite, pleasant and efficient when handling patients, attend to patient's needs with urgency and promptness.

5. Maintain effective hand-washing to prevent hospital acquired infection.

6. Identify patients by addressing them by their full name, date of birth and medical record number.

7. Assist doctor during patient examination. Provide privacy, confidentiality and integrity.

8. Staff to create awareness to the patient on out patient flow.

9. Ensure work areas are clean and tidy. Room equipment’s are cleaned and couch linen changed daily.

10. Compile relevant reports and results prior to doctor's examination and despatch to medical record thereafter.

11. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager of the unit.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Language:

• Bahasa Malaysia and English (Preferred)
