About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our team at Kuantan Clinical Diagnostic Centre Sdn Bhd. As a full-time role based in Kuantan, Pahang, you will play a vital role in supporting our state-of-the-art laboratory and providing essential diagnostic services to our patients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Performing a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses, including haematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, and immunology procedures
  • Accurately collecting, processing, and analysing patient samples
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and laboratory protocols
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation for all laboratory activities
  • Providing technical support and guidance to other members of the healthcare team
  • Participating in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in laboratory science and best practices

What We're Looking For

  • A diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
  • Registered with the Malaysian Society of Medical Laboratory Sciences (MSMLS)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
  • Proficient in the use of laboratory equipment and information management systems
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and patient safety
