About the role

Kuantan Clinical Diagnostic Centre Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Medical Assistant to join our team in Kuantan, Pahang. As a fulltime Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Specialist and ensuring the smooth delivery of healthcare services to our patients.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting Specialists with examinations, treatments, and procedures
  • Preparing examination rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are readily available
  • Performing basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, administering injections, and collecting samples
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly
  • Providing excellent customer service to patients and addressing their queries and concerns
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment

What we're looking for

  • A diploma or certificate in Medical Assisting or a related healthcare field
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • A genuine passion for healthcare and a commitment to providing the highest quality of patient care
  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
