About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and efficient Admin to join our team at Kufong Therapy Centre Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This is a full-time role that will play a vital part in supporting our day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed
  • Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence
  • Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and filing systems
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Performing any other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the healthcare or therapy industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Looking for female and able to communicate in Mandarin
