About the role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at the Kufong Therapy Centre in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent service and handling all financial transactions for our customers in a fast-paced retail environment. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in the Retail industry.

What you'll be doing

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the checkout counter
• Process sales transactions, handle cash, and balance tills at the end of each shift
• Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and other inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organised checkout area
• Accurately record and report all financial transactions
• Contribute to the overall success of the store by supporting the team and following company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar customer service role
• Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
• We are seeking for female candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
