Job Summary
Our client is a premier education centre for multisensory structured language (Orton-Gillingham Approach) and specific learning disorders, delivering evidence-based, internationally recognised teaching methods to help children improve, build confidence and rediscover their love for learning. They are looking for a Front Desk Administrator to be the face of the centre, looking after parents and customers and handling day-to-day administration.

Key Responsibilities
– Act as the first point of contact for the centre, welcoming parents and visitors.
– Answer and direct all incoming calls and communicate effectively with customers.
– Handle customer enquiries and complaints with maturity and empathy.
– Manage customer records, scheduling and general clerical work.
– Type, photocopy, distribute and file records and correspondence, and sort incoming mail.
– Prepare payment vouchers and print cheques.
– Maintain office supplies.
– Carry out other responsibilities assigned by Management.

Requirements
– SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Business Administration or Secretarial studies, or equivalent.
– At least 3 years of administrative experience; fresh graduates with a good attitude will also be considered.
– Good communication and telephone skills.
– Pleasant, customer-focused personality.
– Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel, and comfortable with technology.
– Mandarin speaking is an advantage when liaising with Mandarin-speaking parents.
– Looking for a long-term commitment with the centre.

REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic Salary: RM3,500 to RM4,000

Working Days: 5 days (Tuesday to Saturday)

Working Hours: Tuesday to Friday 9.30am to 6.30pm; Saturday 9.00am to 6.00pm
