Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Medical Doctor to join our growing healthcare team at our Bangsar Shopping Centre, Kuala Lumpur location. This role offers an exciting opportunity to practice medicine within a wellness-focused environment, combining clinical consultation, preventive healthcare, patient education, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, professional, and passionate about helping individuals improve their health through both medical intervention and preventive care strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Consultation & Patient Care

• Conduct comprehensive medical consultations, health assessments, and patient evaluations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions within the scope of professional practice.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs.
• Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate medical interventions in accordance with current clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans when necessary.

Diagnostic Evaluation & Treatment Management

• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic investigations, including laboratory tests and relevant imaging studies.
• Perform or oversee medical and wellness-related procedures where applicable.
• Explain diagnoses, treatment options, potential risks, and expected outcomes clearly to patients.
• Ensure all treatments are delivered safely and in accordance with established medical standards.

Preventive Healthcare & Patient Education

• Conduct health risk assessments and preventive health screenings.
• Provide evidence-based lifestyle counseling covering nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep health, and disease prevention.
• Educate patients on the safe and appropriate use of wellness products, nutritional supplements, and preventive healthcare programs.
• Empower patients to make informed decisions regarding their health and wellness goals.

Medical Documentation & Regulatory Compliance

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical records.
• Ensure all documentation complies with legal, ethical, and professional healthcare standards.
• Adhere to clinic protocols, healthcare regulations, and patient safety requirements.
• Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with nurses, nutritionists, wellness consultants, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Provide medical guidance and clinical support to internal teams when required.
• Participate in case discussions and contribute to integrated care planning.

Professional Development & Organizational Participation

• Stay updated on current medical advancements, preventive healthcare trends, and regulatory developments.
• Participate in continuing medical education (CME), professional training, and company-led development programs.
• Support health talks, educational workshops, corporate wellness initiatives, and community outreach programs when required.

Qualifications & RequirementsMandatory Requirements

• Recognized Medical Degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Fully registered with the relevant Medical Council.
• Possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
• Eligible to practice independently in Malaysia.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in primary care, family medicine, preventive medicine, wellness healthcare, or lifestyle medicine.
• Interest in holistic health, nutrition, and preventive healthcare approaches.
• Additional certifications or postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates will have an added advantage
