RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Greet and care for all patients in a polite and courteous manner

2. In-charge of patient registration, dispensary, payment, appointments & follow up

3. Respond to phone calls and attend patient’s enquiries

4. Assist doctor in minor procedures in the clinic

5. Delivers direct patient care; assesses patients physical, psychosocial and/ or emotional needs; provides patients and family teaching; triages patients and inform physician of patients status

6. Maintain clinic hygiene and equipment sterilization.

7. Perform daily clerical, logistical & administrative support to clinic i.e. stock checks, panels key-in

8. Manage simple account and billing matters

9. Any others responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the company from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum SPM, Diploma in Nursing is preferable

2. Fresh grad (any Medical Related Field) OR with working experience

3. Attentive with good work ethics

4. Able to communicate fluently

5. Customer service oriented and friendly disposition

6. Possess initiative, proactive and able to multi-task

7. Skills: Computer, Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point

8. Proficiency in Mandarin and other local Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
