Then come and join our Malaysia team as Application Specialist (LS) and you will be responsible in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing product line applications expertise to assist in the instrument installation, training processes and ongoing applications support.

Your Role:

• You are responsible to provide reactive technical support both on-site and online to customers on the LS Product Portfolio to ensure instrumentation uptime and Customer Satisfaction by:

• Troubleshooting and resolving application related problems
• Escalating unresolved issues and monitor to completion

• You are responsible to provide comprehensive training to customers tailored to their learning needs
• You are responsible to provide application related support to new installation projects and to existing customers. This includes;

• Configuring instruments and related reagents
• Preforming Method Verification studies
• Performing optimization and workflow studies
• You are responsible to work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Engineering to achieve installations to agreed timelines and quality including performing relevant instrument, software and assay updates/upgrades.

Your qualification and experience:

• University graduate in Biochemistry, Biomedical Science or an equivalent in a relevant life science subject.
• Preferably at least 3 years of work experience in applications support or a clinical laboratory.
• Experience and knowledge in method verification studies will be an added advantage
• Basic knowledge on Quality Control
• Proficient in MS Office application

Competence and Knowledge

• Able to work independently and in a team to achieve results
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu. Able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Sound knowledge on the clinical laboratory (pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical phases)

Having a car would be mandatory for this role.
