A. JOB SUMMARY

Kudrat Maritime Offshore Services Sdn Bhd is a shipping & forwarding agent providing services mainly for Oil & Gas related companies. The core business is on vessel clearance, clearance of cargo, coordinating of cargo delivery and crew handling services. The Operation Executive oversee operations strategies and objectives to make sure that the company reaches its target and operates effectively.

B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· To coordinate vessel and crew clearance.

· Submission of material handling equipment or berthing occupancy booking

· Response to client email correspondence

· Preparation and maintaining of weekly and monthly inventory report

· To communicate with clients’ regards to their operation requirement

· Attending operation meeting with clients’ as and when required

· To maintain good relationship with clients’ operation team

D. REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION

· At least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or in a field which is quiet relevant to the job

role

· Minimum 1 years’ experience in shipping and crewing scope of work

· Good interpersonal skills

· Able to work with minimum supervision

· Male prefers

· Age between 20 to 35 years oldience in related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
