Job Summary

• Provide professional medical physics support and ensure high standards of clinical care in radiation oncology.
• Collaborate with Radiation Therapists and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment planning and delivery.
• Maintain, calibrate, commission, and perform quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) on radiation equipment.
• Handle sealed and unsealed radioactive sources and ensure compliance with radiation safety regulations.
• Monitor radiation environments, room shielding, and support planning for new equipment or facility modifications.
• Implement departmental policies, SOPs, preventive maintenance, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Report equipment malfunctions promptly and coordinate with consultants, Biomedical Engineers, and vendors.
• Ensure patient safety, provide compassionate patient care, and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Attend mandatory training and perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirement

• Master's Degree in Medical Physics, Physics, or an equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with at least 2 years of Radiotherapy experience are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, resourceful, well-organized, and able to take initiative.
• Able to work effectively with staff at all levels.
• Willing to be deployed as required.
• Demonstrates professionalism, courtesy, and a patient-focused attitude at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
