Medical Product Specialist jobs

We are looking to fill 2 openings for the role of Product Specialist (Diagnostic) and Product Specialist (Life Science & Research)

Key Job Responsibilities

1. To act as the primary subject matter expert for assigned products, providing in-depth knowledge and support to internal teams and customers.

2. To collaborate with the product management team to define product positioning, messaging and value propositions based on market research and customer feedback.

3. To assist in the development of marketing materials, product documentation and training resources to effectively communicate product features and benefits.

4. To support sales teams by providing product training, conducting product demonstrations and addressing technical inquiries.

5. To gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product development and enhancement initiatives.

6. To monitor product performance and market adoption, providing insights and recommendations for improvements and new features.

7. To participate in product launches and promotional activities, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful execution.

8. To stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.

2. 1–3 years in diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare product support.

3. Strong understanding of diagnostic products, laboratory workflows, and clinical applications.

4. Problem-solving skills to address technical inquiries and challenges

5. Good team player and able to work independently

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
