Key Responsibilities include

  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding of medical practitioners.
  • Assisting with credentialing and privileging processes.
  • Managing doctors’ contracts and related documentation.
  • Ensuring APC, NSR, medical indemnity, and relevant certifications are valid.
  • Maintaining consultants’ records and databases.
  • Preparing reports and supporting medical affairs documentation.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Health Administration or any relevant qualification.
  • 1-2 years working experience in healthcare industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good data management and reporting skills.
  • Experience working with Specialist Consultant is an advantage.
