JOB DESCRIPTION

PRODUCT SALES REPRESENTATIVE – FULL TIME

We are now actively seeking an energetic and driven individual to spearhead the development of various portfolios, product and sales management. You will be in a dynamic organization that provides career advancement opportunities and at the same time be involved in enhancing people's health through research and innovation. As a product specialist, you will be calling on doctors, and orthopedics to promote and sell products and lead to develop the business.

Responsibilities

· To conduct sales visits to clients in the assigned territory to promote the products

· Influence existing or potential clients to make brand switch by educating them on the efficacy and efficiency of the products

· Work closely with the various stakeholders to achieve the sales objectives set

· Submit sales reports to the management

· Analyse market trends to identify the competitors' strategies to position oneself well

· Organize and participate in tradeshows, conferences and seminars

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

· Min Dip/ Degree in any discipline

· Experience in the healthcare industry involving interaction with physicians, patients, etc.

· Experience in educating or influencing targeted customers

· Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

· Good team player

· Able to work in a time sensitive environment

· Ability to work both independently and in a team setting towards meeting established objectives.

· Applies a range of traditional and non-traditional problem-solving techniques to think through and solve issues creatively to improve performance and company effectiveness.

· Ability to build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with employees and external contacts at all levels, demonstrating the awareness of their needs and responding with the appropriate action.

· Highly effective organizational skills to implement a variety of programs and activities.

· Computer Skills; Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

· Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

· Some inter-state travel may be required
