Job Responsibilities

  • Develop strong knowledge of the company’s products and services, and confidently explain them to customers.
  • Conduct health and wellness assessments for clients and recommend personalized wellness plans.
  • Provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and overall healthy lifestyle practices.
  • Work closely with clients to set achievable health goals and monitor their progress regularly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication and continuous support.
  • Achieve sales targets and earn attractive commissions through successful personal sales closures.
  • Support business development activities and contribute to the growth of the company.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or related industries.
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance with a confident, friendly, and empathetic personality.
  • Knowledge of business development in the healthcare or wellness industry is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
