We Are Hiring: Global Medical / Clinical Application SpecialistGastroenterology & Hepatology | Malaysia-Based | Global Market Support

Position: Global Medical / Clinical Application Specialist – Gastroenterology & Hepatology
Location: Malaysia / Remote-based
Employment Type: Full-time
Travel Requirement: International travel required
Salary Range: RM 9,000 – RM 15,000 per month, negotiable based on clinical background and experience

We are looking for a Malaysia-based medical professional to join our international medical device team as a Global Medical / Clinical Application Specialist, focusing on gastroenterology, hepatology, liver disease management, ultrasound-related applications, and chronic disease screening.

This is not a Malaysia-only role. The position will support our global markets, including Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and other international regions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide medical and clinical application support to global distributors, doctors, hospitals, and business partners.

Conduct product demonstrations, clinical training, and application support for international markets.

Support communication with departments such as gastroenterology, hepatology, internal medicine, ultrasound, endoscopy centers, and chronic disease management units.

Prepare medical training materials, clinical application slides, product presentations, case studies, and market education content.

Support international exhibitions, academic meetings, online webinars, doctor training programs, and distributor training.

Assist in global KOL engagement, hospital visits, clinical collaboration projects, and real-world study execution.

Collect clinical feedback from global markets and support product optimization, clinical strategy, and market development.

Work closely with the international sales, marketing, clinical, and product teams to support global business growth.

Requirements

Malaysian citizen or legally eligible to work in Malaysia.

Educational background in medicine, nursing, clinical laboratory science, medical imaging, biomedical science, life sciences, or other healthcare-related fields.

Experience in gastroenterology, hepatology, internal medicine, ultrasound, endoscopy, chronic disease management, or medical device clinical application is preferred.

Familiar with hospital workflows and able to communicate professionally with doctors, nurses, technicians, distributors, and business partners.

Fluent English communication is required. Chinese and/or Malay language ability will be an advantage.

Strong presentation, training, learning, and cross-cultural communication skills.

Willing to travel internationally to support training, product demonstrations, academic meetings, and clinical projects.

Prior experience in medical device companies, clinical application, medical affairs, product training, or international market support will be highly preferred.
