Responsibilities

  • Register and assist patients during consultation.
  • Perform basic nursing and clinical procedures.
  • Assist doctors during examinations and minor procedures.
  • Prepare consultation rooms and medical equipment.
  • Dispense medications according to doctor's instructions.
  • Maintain proper documentation and patient records.
  • Ensure cleanliness and compliance with clinic SOPs.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to every patient.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Nursing, Medical Assistant, or related field (preferred).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Clinic or hospital experience is an added advantage.
  • Responsible, proactive, and fast learner.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts.
