Job Description

• Welcome, register, and assist patients throughout the clinic visit, ensuring a smooth and professional patient experience.
• Dispense medications accurately according to the doctor's prescription and provide patients with clear instructions on medication usage.
• Assist doctors and nurses during consultations, treatments, and minor procedures as required.
• Prepare and maintain consultation and treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment and medical supplies are readily available.
• Measure and record patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate, height, and weight when required.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and data entry in the clinic management system.
• Monitor and replenish medication, medical supplies, and consumables while ensuring proper storage and stock control.
• Ensure the clinic maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and infection control.
• Handle patient appointments, telephone enquiries, payment processing, and other administrative duties as assigned.
• Support the clinic's daily operations and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Nursing, Medical Assistant, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field.
• Applicants with previous experience in a clinic, medical centre, GP clinic, or other healthcare settings will have an added advantage.
• Experience in dispensing medication, handling prescriptions, and managing medication inventory is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of basic clinical procedures and patient care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centred approach.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Computer literate with experience in clinic management systems and data entry.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
