Clinic Assistant bertanggungjawab membantu operasi harian klinik termasuk pendaftaran pesakit, membantu doktor semasa rawatan, mengurus rekod pesakit, serta memastikan kebersihan dan kelancaran operasi klinik.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Registration & Front Desk

  • Mendaftar pesakit dan mengemaskini maklumat dalam sistem klinik.
  • Mengurus temujanji pesakit.
  • Menjawab panggilan telefon dan pertanyaan pesakit.
  • Mengurus pembayaran pesakit dan mengeluarkan resit/invois.

2. Assist Doctor

  • Membantu doktor semasa pemeriksaan dan rawatan pesakit.
  • Menyediakan peralatan perubatan sebelum prosedur.
  • Mengambil bacaan vital signs seperti:
  • Blood pressure
  • Temperature
  • Pulse rate
  • Blood glucose

3. Clinical & Treatment Support

  • Membantu prosedur seperti dressing luka, injection preparation, nebulizer, dan ECG jika diperlukan.
  • Menyediakan ubat dari farmasi klinik mengikut arahan doktor.

4. Medical Records & Documentation

  • Menyusun dan menyimpan rekod pesakit dengan teratur.
  • Mengemaskini data pesakit dalam sistem klinik.

5. Infection Control & Safety

  • Mengendalikan sisa klinikal dengan betul seperti:
  • Sharps bin
  • Yellow clinical waste bin
  • Mengikut SOP keselamatan seperti mengelakkan Needle Stick Injury (NSI).

6. Clinic Maintenance

  • Memastikan bilik rawatan sentiasa bersih dan teratur.
  • Memantau stok ubat dan peralatan perubatan.
  • Membantu proses pesanan stok jika perlu.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma.
  • Pengalaman bekerja di klinik adalah satu kelebihan.
  • Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dengan pesakit.
  • Boleh bekerja dalam pasukan dan multitasking.
  • Bersikap mesra, bertanggungjawab dan teliti.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
