Job Description

1) Upkeep the clinic / ward

2) Patient care - Primary care and Outpatient as per SOP

3) Clinic / unit preparedness – check the consultation room, procedure room and patient room

4) Emergency Preparedness – E – Trolley, emergency Room

5) Clinic / ward administration – patient registration, follow up, trace Investigation results and inform Dr .

6) Doctors Service – assist doctor in patient care & medical procedures

8) Pharmaceutical – Dispense medication as per Medication serving protocol, Medication inventory

9) Health education to patient and family

10) Medical standby . community program

11) CME – participate in weekly CME

12) Reporting and Meeting

Qualification

1) Minimum - Diploma in Nursing / Diploma In Medical Assistant

2) Valid APC

3) Minimum 1 year of working experience

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle high-stress, emergency situations with professionalism and composure.
• Proficient in the use of medical equipment, patient care documentation, and computer systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
