Full job description

  • Assist Medical Record Officer in managing medical administrative activities related to Medical Record.
  • Responsible in taking note or request through phone or verbal.
  • Responsible in received request patient folder from clinic’s or other department.
  • Responsible in reviewing medical record for completeness, assembles records into standard order.
  • Provide support in maintaining medical records, data and files.
  • Maintains patient confidence by keeping patient records information confidential.
  • Records and monitor each patient folder location.
  • Each results or report within the patient folder must be filed accordingly.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
