Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire production process, ensuring the manufacturing of high-quality products that meet customer requirements and company standards.

• Manage production schedules and ensure the on-time delivery of products while optimizing costs and resources.

• Monitor and improve the efficiency of production processes through continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to achieve production goals and meet quality standards.

• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

• Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement in processes, workflow, and equipment usage.

• Collaborate with other departments, including Supply Chain and Quality Assurance, to resolve any production-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in production management within the semiconductor industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proficiency in production planning, cost management, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality control procedures.
