Job Purpose / Objective:

• Prepare fulfillment and operation admin reports for reporting purposes on a daily basis.
• Maintain comprehensive daily listings and monthly ledger for tracking records.
• Analyze digital notice records and determine the appropriate method for resending, whether through digital channels (eg: WhatsApp & email), field visits, or normal mail platforms.
• Analyze digital customer account information records and determine the suitable approach for resending, whether via digital channels (eg: WhatsApp & email) or normal mail platforms.
• Sustain daily and monthly reconciliation on dispute payment based on unmatched bank payment reports.
• Administered with daily operational tasks such as discharge of motorcycle ownership and dispute payment to ensure the process to be executed without any errors.
• Identify and rectify any errors, discrepancies, or inconsistencies found in the documentation. Collaborate with relevant parties to address and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist the unit/section head with the report analysis and preparation of slide presentations when necessary.
• Assist in handling system enhancements projects to improve operational processes.
• Assist in monitoring the daily operations of non-executive staff.
• Assist in managing inquiries and addressing complaints from internal and external parties.
• Ensuring full compliance with the Group’s policies, ISO standards, SOP and other relevant requirements.
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of all protected information and adherence to PDPA Act.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least Degree, any field.
• Open to Fresh Graduates.
• Computer literacy with good working knowledge in MS Word, Excel & Power Point.
• Good interpersonal communication skills & problem solving skills.
• Able to work independently & meet stipulated deadline.
• Good analytical skills & able to work under pressure with strong critical thinking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
