Job Summary

Responsible for reviewing and assessing car loan applications, verifying customer documents, evaluating credit risk, and ensuring each application complies with company approval standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess car loan / hire purchase applications.
• Check customer documents, including IC, income proof, bank statement, credit report, and other supporting documents.
• Evaluate customer repayment ability and overall credit risk.
• Identify suspicious documents, fraud risks, or inconsistent information.
• Prepare credit assessment comments and provide approval recommendations.
• Follow up with sales team or customers when further clarification is needed.
• Ensure all applications comply with company credit policy and approval procedures.
• Support management in improving credit approval process and risk control.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in credit approval, loan processing, banking, hire purchase, or automotive finance.
• Familiar with car loan / hire purchase application process.
• Able to review financial documents and assess customer repayment ability.
• Good attention to detail and strong risk awareness.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English; Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
• Responsible, careful, and able to work under pressure.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
