Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries through Live Chat and WhatsApp professionally and efficiently.
Communicate with service providers/support teams through Telegram when required.
Handle multiple customer chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and response quality.
Provide accurate information based on established company SOPs.
Perform daily operational tasks such as website checking, uploading winner lists and other assigned tasks.
Follow up with internal teams and service providers when necessary.
Learn and apply company SOPs and procedures quickly.
Escalate questions or unclear cases instead of providing incorrect information.
Maintain a low error rate and avoid repeated mistakes.
Complete assigned tasks accurately and within the required timeframe.
Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Gradually become able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Learn and adapt to new systems, tools and working methods.

Requirements:
Able to communicate verbally in Mandarin.
Able to read and write English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Comfortable using a PC/laptop.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Able to handle repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy.
Good attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
Able to work independently in a remote environment.
Willing to work morning and night shifts.
Must have a private room/workspace suitable for working from home.
Must have own PC/laptop and reliable internet connection.
