✅ Degree/Diploma in Food Technology and Certified Halal Executive by Halal Professional Board.

✅ 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food manufacturing sector.

✅ Basic knowledge of Halal Assurance System, food safety regulations (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP & HALAL).

✅ Able to use Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

✅ Detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines, and thrive with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Develop, implement, and manage halal compliance policies and procedures.
• - Ensure adherence to Syariah (Islamic Law) and Malaysian guidelines (JAKIM).
• - Oversee halal certification processes for the company and its products.
• - Collaborate with departments like R&D, and Production on halal-related matters.
• - Conduct Halal and GMP training for production workers.
• - Handle internal and external halal integrity concerns and liaise with JAKIM.
• - Inspecting raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• - Perform routine quality checks, measurements, and basic testing according to SOPs.
• - Support in-process monitoring during production to ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards.
• - Assist in maintaining and organizing documentation, including HACCP, Halal, GMP, SOPs, checklists, and records.
• - Participate in factory hygiene audits, sanitation checks, and verification of cleaning activities.
• - Help with calibration checks and proper handling of QA/QC equipment.
• - Record inspection results, update logs, and assist in preparing QA/QC reports.
• - Support the team during internal audits, customer audits, or certification audits when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
