Responsibilities

• Provide medical & health consultations to employees and assess medical conditions to ensure a safe & healthy environment
• Act as a first responder to provide first aid treatment, CPR/AED, etc.
• Manage medical supplies inventories in the First Aid Room and First Aid boxes.
• Maintain medical records of occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Collaborate with EHS Engineers to gather information on injuries and conduct further investigation
• Handle employees' health benefits administration, Socso claims and OSHA-related medical leave follow-ups
• In charge of the company’s medical & personal accident insurance plans, hospital admissions and claims processing
• Involvement in ERT (Emergency Response Team) and EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) Committees
• Conduct regular site audits and inspections on health-related matters, such as the cafeteria
• Provide basic first aid training to employees to enhance workplace preparedness

Key Qualifications

• Background at least a Diploma in Nursing
• Be registered with the Malaysia Nursing Board as a State Registered Nurse (SRN)
• Hold a valid Annual Practicing Certificate as SRN from the Malaysia Ministry of Health
• Ability to work independently & provide swift response to incidents
• Familiar with spreadsheets and AI tools
