• Register and process patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Prepare and maintain patients' medical records and ward documentation.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to enquiries from patients, families, and hospital staff.
• Schedule patient appointments, investigations, and diagnostic procedures as directed.
• Coordinate communication between doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and other hospital departments.
• Update patient information accurately in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
• Prepare admission forms, discharge documents, and other administrative paperwork.
• Ensure all patient records are complete, confidential, and properly filed.
• Assist in ordering, monitoring, and maintaining ward stationery and office supplies.
• Compile daily ward census, patient statistics, and administrative reports.
• Support the nursing team with non-clinical administrative duties.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and patient confidentiality requirements.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Ward Manager or Nursing Supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
