Full job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant (working remotely) to support daily operations at our learning center. This individual will be the communication hub of the center, managing emails and phone calls with families, while also playing a vital role in ensuring instructional quality through regular audits of student work and instructor performance. This role is for remote working from home during US Pacific Time Zone (10am to 6pm Pacific time). Must be fluent in spoken and written English, and be able to understand American accent.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication & Front Office Support

  • Answer and respond to phone calls and emails from parents, guardians, and prospective clients in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Schedule student sessions, manage changes, and coordinate with instructors.
  • Maintain a warm and welcoming tone in all customer interactions, promoting the Mathnasium brand.

Administrative Tasks

  • Organize and maintain digital files related to student progress, assessments, and attendance.
  • Assist with updating tracking systems and dashboards as needed.
  • Support center leadership with tasks such as preparing reports, scheduling meetings, etc.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
