Title : Payroll Exe

Location : Kota Kemuning

Working Days : 5 days

Nature of Business: Established Shipping company

Total Headcount:200+-

The position holder is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of payroll operations and related functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilitie

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, including salaries, overtime, allowances, bonuses, and statutory deductions.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Verify, reconcile, and maintain payroll records and supporting documentation accurately.

Statutory & Tax Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll tax regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related statutory filings and tax reports accurately and within deadlines.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities and respond to payroll-related queries, notices, or audits when required.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare payroll reports, summaries, statutory reports, and benefit contribution reports for management review.
  • Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies or irregularities.

Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure payroll processes adhere to labor laws, company policies, and confidentiality standards.
  • Safeguard sensitive employee and payroll information with a high level of confidentiality.

Benefits Administration

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including insurance, retirement plans, and voluntary deductions.
  • Coordinate with the Recruitment and HR team on employee benefit enrollment and updates.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits in a timely and professional manner..
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in payroll administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Good understanding of statutory contributions, payroll taxation, and compliance requirements.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
