About Us

MK Sustainable Scrap Sdn Bhd is a licensed e-waste collection centre approved by the Department of Environment (DOE) Malaysia, committed to responsible electronic waste management and environmental sustainability.

We provide professional e-waste collection, recycling, and disposal services to residential, commercial, industrial, and government sectors while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

Position Overview

We are looking for a responsible, organised, and motivated Office Administrator to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, preparing business documents, assisting customers, and providing support to the management team.

Key Responsibilities1. Administrative Support

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, and other business documents.
  • Maintain proper filing of both physical and digital documents.
  • Ensure company records are updated and well organised.

2. Customer Service

  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-in customers professionally.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide basic product or service information.
  • Follow up with customers regarding quotations, payments, and service arrangements.

3. Documentation & Data Entry

  • Perform accurate data entry into company systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business correspondence.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases.

4. HR & Office Administration

  • Assist with attendance records, leave applications, payroll documentation, and other HR administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain employee records when required.
  • Monitor office supplies and arrange purchases when necessary.

5. Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, transporters, and internal departments.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Support management with daily administrative operations and special projects.

6. General Office Duties

  • Ensure the office is organised and operates efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.
  • Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Minimum SPM qualification. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree holders are encouraged to apply.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Responsible, organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Experience in administration, customer service, or office management is an advantage.
