Responsibilities

• Coordinating HR matters for crews.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process for crews
• Preparing confirmation letter for crews.
• Preparing crew employment contract.
• Update crews’ matrix.
• Update crews’ working hours and schedule.
• Responsible for work permit application.
• Responsible for safety passport application.
• Booking training for crew (BOSIET, Rigging & Slinging, Food Handling)
• Preparing crew salary listing.
• Process payroll for crews including arrangement of remittance via Smart payroll.
• Preparing reports on crew salary for company, authority and clients.
• Compile and handling crews’ claims.
• To perform ad hoc duties given by superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum SPTM or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Oil and Gas industries
• Strong work ethic and attitude, ability to work under pressure and quick thinking are essential.
• Good interpersonal skills including ability to express yourself well, articulate and persuasive, good teamwork skills, responsible and organized.
• Good command in verbal and written for English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
