LICENSED LAND SURVEYOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all land surveying activities for the construction project.
• Carry out setting-out, levelling, alignment, coordinates and dimensional control works.
• Establish and maintain survey control points, benchmarks and reference points.
• Conduct boundary, topographical, construction and as-built surveys.
• Verify construction works against approved drawings, coordinates, levels and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain survey reports, records, calculations and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, BIM and Project teams.
• Monitor survey accuracy and ensure works comply with project requirements.
• Review and verify survey data and measurements submitted by survey teams.
• Identify discrepancies and provide technical recommendations to resolve survey-related issues.
• Ensure surveying activities comply with applicable Malaysian requirements and professional standards.
• Liaise with consultants, authorities and other relevant stakeholders when required.

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered / Licensed Land Surveyor (LS) with a valid practising licence.
• Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant land surveying / construction experience.
• Experience in large-scale building, infrastructure, industrial or data centre construction projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction surveying, setting-out, levelling, coordinates and as-built surveys.
• Proficient in operating Total Station, Auto Level and GPS/GNSS equipment.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and relevant surveying software.
• Able to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
• Strong knowledge of survey calculations, measurements and site control.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and lead survey activities on site.
• Willing to be based at the project site in Elmina, Selangor.

Working Hour

Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5pm

Saturday 8.00am to 12noon (Alternate)

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
