Job Details:

• Work Location: Sunway Square, Bandar Sunway
• Contract Duration: 12 months
• Working Hours: 40 hours/week
• Offered Salary: RM 9,600 - RM 12,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with global and local change teams to support successful project deployment.
• Coach local teams on change management processes and best practices.
• Assess change impacts, create action plans, and document key decisions.
• Support local teams in completing and tracking change management activities.
• Help resolve change-related challenges and improve stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and deliver communication and engagement plans for each site.
• Adapt training materials to meet local needs and support learning initiatives.
• Build and support local change champion networks to drive adoption.
• Monitor change readiness, identify risks, and work with teams to address issues.

Professional and Interpersonal Skills

• 6+ years in change management roles.
• ERP Change Management specialist with experience in large-scale IT-enabled transformation.
• ERP exposure (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or similar).
• Strong relationship & stakeholder management skills - experience in developing strong working relationships at mid to senior management level.
• Ability to influence effectively at different organisational levels.
• Independent and objective thinker.
• Results/outcomes oriented, business value focused.
• Confidence and ability to work in high-ambiguity work environment.
• Resilient and able to manage challenge and resistance.
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
• Skilled in coaching.

Pay: RM9,600.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
