Penaga Dresser Sdn Bhd is a joint venture between Deleum Berhad and Dresser Inc. We are the supplier of Masoneilan Control Valves, Consolidated Safety Valves, Gas Metering Skid Systems, Masoneilan Pressure Regulators, and Ball Valves. In addition, we supply line pipes, pipe fittings, and flanges to support various industrial needs.
As the authorised agent for the Baker Hughes Valves Division, we are proud to be part of one of the world’s leading suppliers of valves for the Energy, Oil and Gas industry. We have a strong track record across in various industrial applications, including Refinery, PetChem, LNG, Upstream and power plants.
Penaga Dresser is also a certified Masoneilan Repair Centre and Green Tag Centre, delivering high-quality service work that meets the stringent requirements set by Baker Hughes. Supported by a competent and capable workforce across our engineering centres, we uphold high standards in all aspects of our operations. Through our Valve Lifecycle Management, we help customers achieve high plant reliability while ensuring safe and efficient operation throughout plant operation and maintenance (O&M).
Job Description
1. Support the Application Engineer with their day-to-day work
- Technical review of client inquiry and requirements
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals to meet client expectations
- Process purchase orders and participate in job handover process to the Contracts department
2. Learn and understand the various valve products and solutions in the company’s portfolio
3. Help create product datasheets, presentations, and other technical documents.
4. Maintain and update technical information and client records.
5. Assist in responding to basic product-related queries from clients.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Eager to learn and take on new challenges.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in supporting the team.
Location: Based in Kuala Lumpur
Working schedule: Monday-Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
Duration: 3-6 months
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
