On the Table Restaurant jobs

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Prepare tables before service and clear tables after guests leave.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve basic concerns professionally.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and company policies.
• Support daily restaurant operations and perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-groomed appearance and professional conduct.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
• Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
