Trainee Program Introduction

The Trainee Program is designed to recruit and develop high-potential young talents into competent professional managers through systematic learning and customized rotation programs.

You will go through basic rotation and targeted rotation, and gain:

Target Candidates and Requirements

1. Target: 2026 graduates

2. Preferred majors: Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business Administration, International Trade and related undergraduate or postgraduate programs

3. We expect you to have strong learning & innovation ability, initiative, comprehension, communication and presentation skills

4. We require you to start from crucial positions with resilience and ability to work under pressure

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
