Job Purpose

The Administrative Executive - Examination Unit is part of Examination Unit Team, who is responsible in development and implementation of the University College Examination administrative process.

  • Preparing examination schedules.
  • Preparing examination dockets.
  • Preparing Student Eligibility list for examination.
  • Prepare students Exam attendance records.
  • Manage and print question papers.
  • Collecting of question papers from respective schools for examinations.
  • Document all entries and prepare envelopes for the packing and sealing of question papers.
  • Checking and dispatching all question papers to respective invigilators during the
  • examination.
  • Collecting examination scripts from invigilators after each examination.
  •  Compiling and tabulating student results into Result Broadsheet for Examination Board
  • meeting.
  • Preparing student result slips.
  • Tracking of students’ results.
  • Monitoring and managing students who need to re-sit for examinations.
  • Handling and processing all examination appeals/reviews by students to Examination Board.
  • Provide support in any other administrative duties as and when required

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
