Part Time Biomedical Science jobs

Main duties and responsibilities

1) To cover the syllabi outlined for the above-mentioned course, in a logical and readily understood sequence, and in accordance with students' assignment requirements.

2) To assist students in the understanding of the topics covered, and generally to prepare them for their final examinations.

3) To assist students in the understanding of assignment requirements.

4) To answer students' queries on academic matters relating to the unit promptly.

5) To set and mark assignments and tests regularly.

6) To set the final examination papers and mark the answer scripts.

7) To attend the Departmental Board of Examiners meeting.

8) To adhere to academic deadlines as stipulated in the academic calendar furnished by the department.

9) To be available for final examination invigilation, at least for the first hour.

Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Job Competencies

Minimum Academic Qualifications

1)Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Biology.

Experience

1) Preferably 1–2 years of teaching experience

2)Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay: RM100.00 per hour
