Job Summary
The Pegawai Pengesah Dalaman (PPD) TVET Multimedia is responsible for managing, monitoring, and ensuring the quality of TVET programme delivery for Multimedia-related programmes. The role includes internal verification, assessment monitoring, academic support, documentation compliance, student guidance, and coordination with Pegawai Penilai (PP), trainers, management, and relevant external bodies.

Key Responsibilities

• TVET Programme Monitoring & Compliance

Ensure the Multimedia TVET programme is conducted in accordance with the approved programme structure, training requirements, assessment standards, and relevant TVET guidelines.

• Internal Verification & Quality Assurance

Review and verify assessment documents, student evidence, training records, assessment results, and related TVET files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

• Coordination with Pegawai Penilai / Trainers

Guide and monitor Pegawai Penilai (PP) or trainers in preparing lesson plans, assessment materials, student files, and required documentation.

• Assessment & Student Progress Monitoring

Monitor student progress, competency achievement, attendance, assessment readiness, and overall academic performance throughout the programme.

• Documentation & Record Management

Maintain proper filing and records for student portfolios, assessment forms, verification reports, attendance, programme documents, and other related TVET requirements.

• Multimedia Academic Support

Support teaching, training, and practical sessions related to Multimedia, including graphic design, digital media, video editing, animation, content creation, basic UI/UX, and other related modules where required.

• Programme Improvement

Identify gaps in programme delivery, student performance, assessment quality, and training materials, and provide recommendations for improvement to management.

• Industry & Project-Based Learning Support

Support student projects, portfolio development, practical tasks, industry-related assignments, and activities that strengthen students’ Multimedia skills and employability.

• Audit & External Verification Preparation

Prepare, check, and ensure all required documents are complete and ready for audit, internal review, external verification, or any inspection by relevant authorities.

• Administrative & Reporting Duties

Prepare reports on student progress, programme status, assessment updates, documentation issues, and any matters required by the Registrar, TVET Manager, or Management.

• Student Guidance & Discipline Support

Provide guidance to students on academic matters, assessment requirements, project submissions, attendance, discipline, and overall programme expectations.

• Other Duties

Perform any other duties related to TVET programme operations, academic support, Multimedia training, or administrative tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Pay: RM25.00 - RM50.00 per hour
