Full job description
We are a fast-moving professional healthcare company looking for a motivated, energetic individual to assist with order entry and basic bookkeeping. This is a part-time, remote position for candidates with 1+ years’ experience.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or accounting
- Strong math skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Self-Starter, proactive and independent
- Analytical
- Diligent with excellent follow-through
- Extremely detail oriented
- Team player
- Highly organized
- Experience with accounting software; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central a plus
Tasks/ Responsibilities
- Checking daily sales orders for accuracy and stock
- Entering sales orders in the morning and evening; accurately and on time
- Communicating problems/corrections with internal colleagues and customers.
- Preparing orders for shipment online
- Maintaining company books, records and databases
- Reconciling UPS and FedEx invoices weekly
- Keeping tight control of A/R including entering/monitoring credit limits, extremely diligent follow ups, placing credit holds
- Generating reports as requested
- Other tasks as required
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
