Full job description
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
- Assist customers with menu selection and enquiries.
- Take and process customer orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company SOP.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, dining area, and work station.
- Assist with cashiering and payment transactions when required.
- Ensure tables, equipment, and service areas are clean and well maintained.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
Requirement :
- No experience required; training will be provided.
- Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
- Able to commit to the assigned working schedule.
- Willing to learn and follow company SOPs.
Pay: From RM9.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
