ABOUT THE ROLE

Looking for a high-energy, hands-on job where you get to meet people, learn how a business runs, and be part of a growing fitness brand?

We’re hiring Front of House Crew to help bring the TRIBE Boxing experience to life. Whether you’re welcoming first-timers, setting up the studio, or making someone’s day with great service — you’ll be right at the heart of the action.

This role is perfect for students or fresh grads looking to gain real-world experience in fitness, hospitality, events, or customer service — no prior experience needed, just the right energy and attitude.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Studio Operations

  • Help run daily studio operations — from class check-ins to post-class resets

  • Set up and maintain workout equipment and studio cleanliness

  • Support fitness and brand events (logistics, setup, cleanup)

  • Ensure the studio space looks clean, safe, and welcoming at all times

  • Coordinate with coaches to keep classes running smoothly

Customer Experience & Service

  • Greet members, assist with bookings, packages, and inquiries

  • Provide friendly, helpful service — especially to first-time boxers

  • Help new guests get oriented: gloves, wraps, lockers, and class flow

  • Handle feedback and resolve simple issues on the spot

  • Keep energy high and service professional from start to finish


Community Engagement


  • Get to know our regulars and help build a tight-knit TRIBE community

  • Encourage member participation in events, classes, and challenges

  • Support marketing and outreach efforts (photo ops, social content support, etc.)

  • Be a positive, energetic representative of the TRIBE brand
