Brew Crew Opportunity

We are seeking friendly, curious, and collaborative Baristas to help deliver a world-class coffee and tea experience. As a member of our Malaysia Brew Crew, you will have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables
• Wash dishes and café utensils
• Maintain cleanliness of café and service areas
• Assist with bussing and general café support duties
• Support smooth café operations during peak hours

Additional Information

Important Note

This role will not be involved in food or beverage preparation.

Your Ingredients

Our Brew Crew is fueled by curiosity. We embrace new ideas and experiences in the pursuit of bettering ourselves, our organization, and the customers we serve.

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred, however not required, as training will be provided in our Barista Academy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with cleaning and dishwashing duties
• Able to stand for long hours
• Responsible and punctual
• Immediate availability is an advantage
