We are urgently looking for a Part-Time Clinic Assistant to join our team from now until 15 July 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register patients and assist with patient check-in and appointments
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and general patient enquiries
• Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and routine procedures
• Prepare and dispense medications under supervision
• Manage clinic inventory and monitor stock levels of medications and supplies
• Maintain patient records and assist with administrative tasks
• Ensure consultation rooms and clinic areas are clean, organised, and well maintained
• Assist with basic clinical procedures and preparation of equipment when required
• Perform other clinic-related duties as assigned by the supervisor/doctor in charge

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
• Basic computer literacy
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous clinic, pharmacy or healthcare experience is an advantage but not required

Clinic Operating Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Sunday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
• Saturday: Closed

• Wednesday
• Friday
• Sunday

(Flexible scheduling may be considered depending on clinic requirements and staff availability.)

Salary:
RM9.00 – RM15.00 per hour
(Depending on experience, skills, responsibilities, and overall suitability)

Additional Information:
This position is initially available until 15 July 2026. Candidates who perform well and are a good fit for the clinic may be offered continued part-time work or considered for a permanent position.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
