Job description:

• Aged 21 years and above.
• Possess a Malaysian Skills Diploma (DKM) / Malaysian Advanced Skills Diploma (DLKM).
• Possess a TVET Instructor Diploma (TVET-I) and have completed the Induction Course.
• Planned and coordinated curriculum delivery in line with standards set by Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran.
• Supervised and coached lecturers while monitoring teaching and learning quality.
• Managed student performance, academic scheduling, and departmental operations.
• Ensured proper maintenance of computer labs and IT infrastructure.
• Coordinated audits, accreditation processes, and industry collaborations.
• Assessed student competency based on NOSS and requirements by Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran.
• Developed and conducted theory and practical assessment instruments.
• Verified assessment evidence including portfolios and logbooks.
• Maintained accurate assessment records and ensured audit compliance.
• Provided constructive feedback and upheld fair, transparent assessment practices.
• · Provide and deliver teaching materials to students at scheduled times and locations.
• Take and maintain records of student attendance, progress, supplies, equipment, and others.
• Maintain discipline among students during teaching activities.
• Prepare daily lesson plans and modular teaching materials.
• Develop, review, and update all lesson plans and Work Instruction Manuals (WIM) in accordance with the curriculum set by the Department of Skills Development (JPK) from time to time.
