Responsibilities

  • Prepare packing specifications for projects and mass production improvements.
  • Evaluate packaging materials such as polyboxes, racks, and cartons from vendors.
  • Recommend packaging solutions based on quality, cost, delivery, safety, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and resolve packaging-related issues with vendors and internal teams.
  • Monitor packaging conditions on-site and support improvements.
  • Prepare and present reports on packaging status and updates.
  • Develop and update SOPs and related documentation.
  • Provide solutions to operations and vendors on packaging issues.
  • Support production by improving packaging methods for better handling and delivery.
  • Ensure packaging processes meet management requirements and standards.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Able to work in a team and independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Moderate level in MS Office (Excel Advance, Power Point, Word, Power Apps)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
