Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Junior Marketing Executive to support the execution of terminal-related marketing campaigns, events, activations and promotional activities. The role will focus primarily on event preparation, logistics, stakeholder coordination and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute terminal marketing campaigns, promotional activities, roadshows and exhibitions.
• Coordinate event setup including booths, banners, backdrops, displays and promotional materials.
• Liaise with vendors, tenants and internal departments for event execution.
• Coordinate on-site manpower, visitor flow and operational readiness during activities.
• Support event permit, insurance and safety coordination with relevant departments.
• Coordinate photography, video and content capture during events and activities.
• Support tenant participation in terminal campaigns and promotions.
• Assist with campaign monitoring and post-event reporting.
• Provide execution support to the Senior Marketing Executive for major marketing activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, Business or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Energetic, organised and comfortable with hands-on event work.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work outside normal working hours during events when required.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Possess own transport would be an advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
